Creamed Dried Beef

Ingredients:

¼ cup dried beef
2 tbs butter
1-2 tbs flour
1 c milk
Hot buttered toast

Recipe:

Pick meat in small pieces, brown in butter. Sprinkle flour and stir. Slowly add milk; cook until slightly thickened. When it boils, pour it over toast and serve at once.
