Pennsylvania Dutch Dumplings

Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup flour + more to dust
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
6 tbs cold butter
¾ c milk
Recipe:
Combine dry ingredients and cut in butter. Add milk a little at a time. Knead together until dough forms. Roll out 1/8 in thick. Cut 1 in x 2 in rectangles. Coat heavily with flour, this will assist with thickening of gravy. Add noodles to broth and cook until gravy become thick and noodles fluff slightly.
