Stroganoff

You can essentially use any meat for this, even pulled chicken or turkey would do well.

1 lb ground meat of choice
½ onion, diced
1 C broth or gravy
1 can of cream of mushroom/chicken soup 1 cup if you make from scratch.
½ C sour cream
12 oz noodles
Seasoning: onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper


Boil noodles as per package directions. Cook onion in oil and add in meat add seasoning, cooking until done. Mix in broth, sour cream and soup. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add noodles and serve.
