Sour Milk Griddle Cakes

Recipe from vintage cook book Good Things to Eat by Cow Brank Baking Soda

Mix and sift
2 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt and
1 ¼ tsp Cow Brand Soda
2 cups sour milk and
1 egg well beaten

Beat batter well and pour by spoonfuls on a greased hot griddle.
